Mekong Chef Competition


Mekong Chef is an initiative of our Vietnam Pangasius Association organized annually to promote pangasius products, enhance local consumption as well as encourage Vietnamese processors to create more added value for pangasius products on world markets. Following the success of two previous editions, this year's Mekong Chef, with the theme of "Cuisine Day of Vietnam Pangasius and Trade Promotion" will come back to Can Tho city on 26th October within the framework of Aquaculture Vietnam 2017. It is expected to introduce at least 30 dishes by domestic and international chefs using pangasius fish as the main ingredient.
